Handmade Organic & 100% Natural Vitamin C Antioxidant Dry Face Mask

A face mask for men is a little unusual so I was intrigued when I first saw this. It comes simply packaged in a plain brown bag with labels on front and rear. The front label is very clear and describes the product well. I was excited to try this. The texture is a fine greyish brown powder that when mixed with water forms a clay type paste. The fragrance is fairly subtle with cocoa being predominant. On first use it takes a bit of trial and error to get the consistency of the mix right, it needs to be not too thin. Once on the face it feels cold at first and soon warms up and tightens on the skin. The whole experience is very calming and relaxing and on washing it off my skin felt really smooth and fresh and clean. I found washing it off is best done in the shower, it could be done over the sink but it's quite a messy process. I really enjoyed using this for the first time and am looking forward to continuing with it for the remainder of the trial. I really enjoyed using this product. The whole process is relaxing and calming and almost forces you to take time out away from whatever else you have going on. I enjoyed using it and found it pleasurable and my skin felt soft and smooth after use. On the product website it claims to neutralise free radicals and I really can't say whether this is accurate or not. It also says that you will experience a brighter, healthier complexion with each use and I would say that this is the case. It is a really nice product to use and very relaxing as well as being a little different. The packaging and labelling are really nice and simple, over all this is a nice product.

Interesting first look, haven’t mixed up a face mask before. Like vitamin c products so will be good to try., Depending on the consistency mixed, it applies smoothly and is easy to apply all round your face and neck/décolletage. The mask dries quickly and even and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Face feels smooth after I have washed it off and skin looks a little red. No discomfort felt though. I am able to judge the quantities needed now, after using several times. The mask continues to clean my face and gives it a bit of a boost. The mask does make my skin feel a little dry, however my skin looks fresh and clear and feels soft and smooth. After the mask has been washed off I can see my face does look brighter and clearer, definitely more radiant. The mask promises to reveal your skins radiance, which it does, the mask does give a brighter, healthier complexion. The mask has delivered on what it suggested it would and what I hoped it would. Success! I have enjoyed using the mask and the mixing of it has not been an issue, it is easy to see the texture you desire so no problems getting the mask to my preference. The price for this mask, is good value considering you only need a little spoonful and therefore can get a lot of masks from one little packet.

It’s been a very long time since I've seen a face mask which needs mixing before you use it! The texture is very powdery so it should mix well with water. It did make me take some time out to relax in the bath though whilst I let it get to work - something working mums really do appreciate! Once it tightens on your face, it tends to be time to wash off, leaving your skin very soft and smooth. Despite my difficulties with the mixing, I looked forward to my weekly face mask. My skin feels wonderful after using it. I have itchy eczema affected skin on my forehead and it helps to take away the dryness, which in turn helps with the itchiness. It also leaves me with baby soft skin after using. The face mask promised to leave me with cleansed, brighter skin. The only mention of being moisturising was within the name of the mask, which I really think they should be more proud of as it did a wonderful job! My skin feels softer and less tight and I think it is a fabulous face mask. Being unmixed, the packaging was incredibly minimal and recyclable, so great for environmental credentials. Price: I thought it was very reasonable for a month's worth of face mask powder. The ingredients were very minimal so should be good for people with allergy concerns.
